Global HR Director

In a significant step on our journey to engineering rocks for a better world, we are excited to announce the appointment of Ingrid Dahn as our first-ever Global HR Manager. As we continue to grow as a company, it has become increasingly essential to synchronize our HR strategies and initiatives. In this pivotal role, Ingrid will consolidate our efforts across Europe, North America, and Asia to shape a more cohesive human resource approach.

Ingrid brings over 20 years of HR experience to the team, with a background spanning mineral resources, construction, airline, IT, and academia. She comes to us from VID Specialized University, and before that led HR in Norway for Wavin. She has previously worked in the world’s northermost urban community of Longyearbyen, where in addition to learning to watch out for polar bears she built up an extensive knowledge of the mining sector.

Ingrid has a passion for fostering employee well-being and sustainable growth under the unique challenges posed by industrial environments. With a safety-first mindset, she believes that including and giving employees responsibility in an organization focusing on solutions in a trusting and support workplace creates job satisfaction and higher performance. We do better when we are proud of our workplace, get constructive feedback and come together to support each other as a team. Every day we need to have a laugh and plenty of smiles!

When Ingrid isn’t rolling up her sleeves in the office, you can find her tackling renovation projects in her 60s house, going hiking with her cockapoo, taming her backyard garden, or relaxing at the cottage with her friends and family.

The creation of the Global HR Manager position underscores our dedication to creating a workplace where every team member can thrive and is empowered to take risks, grow, and contribute their best. We look forward to having Ingrid lead us in these endeavors!
